After 18 productive years in business, our company is under new ownership as of November 1, 2020. Chris P. Stephens, PE, who has been working as part of our team for the past 3 years is the new owner. Richard N. Miller, PE, the Founder/President and Principal Engineer will continue to provide electrical engineering services on as ‘as-needed’ basis to the business as well as continue to provide seminars to the lighting industry.
